Come join our 2nd Annual Frosted Lakes 5K!

Purpose

• Fundraiser: This is a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Yates County.

When to Show Up

• Race Day: January 24, 2026
• Registration: Last Minute Packet Pickup: 8AM
• Race Start Time: 9AM
• Early Arrival: Please show up well before the race begins so we can ensure everyone gets their own chipped bib.

T-Shirt Information

• Deadline: The deadline to sign up and be guaranteed a T-shirt is Thursday, December 25.
• Post-Deadline: Anyone signing up after this date will unfortunately not receive a T-shirt.
• Recommendation: Sign up early if you want a shirt!!

Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Early Packet Pickup is being offered on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 5PM to 7PM at Wellspring Fellowship.

Attire

• Winter Running: Given Upstate New York’s unique winters, it is likely best to dress for winter running.
• Footwear: Include appropriate footwear.
• Route: The route will be on public roads.

Route

• Start Location: The race starts at 465 N. Main St., Penn Yan (Wellspring Fellowship).
• Route Details: We will run from Wellspring Fellowship, down North Main Street, cross over to Main Street, take a left on to East Court Street, take a left on to Linden Street, and then turn right onto North Avenue.
• Turnaround: We will run up North Avenue until we turn around at the Walnut Street intersection and run back to Wellspring.

After the Race

• Post-Race Activity: Stick around for warm chili and comradery with your fellow runners!

Parking

• Main Parking: Parking is available at WellSpring Fellowship located at 465 North Main St., Penn Yan (location of early packet pick up and registration).
• Additional Parking: Additional parking is available at the Community Room located in front of WellSpring Fellowship (463 North Main Street, Penn Yan).
• Overflow Parking: Overflow parking is generously being offered by the Yates Community Center located adjacent to WellSpring Fellowship (467 North Main Street, Penn Yan).
