Race Overview
The 15th annual Snowball Express 2-miler in Brodhead, KY is just what the doctor ordered if you have cabin fever. Race begins at Brodhead Elementary School. Proceeds go to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
Event Details
- Distance: 2-Mile Run/Walk
- Start Time: 8:30 a.m. EST. Please check-in by 8:15 a.m.
- Registration Fee: $25 registration fee by Wednesday, January 14 ($30 January 15 through race day). AFTER JANUARY 14 SIZES MAY BE LIMITED.
- Timing: Event will be chip timed
- Participant Perk: Paid participants receive a free custom sweatshirt (sizes are limited, so register early)
- Awards:
- Run: Top male and female finisher: age group awards (12-under: 13-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+)
- Walk: Top three male and female walkers
- Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable
- Series Participation: Race 1 of 12 in the 2026 County-wide Stride race series. Click here for more information about the series and incentives.
NEW! Student Strides 2026
- Eligibility: ALL students age 4-18 run FREE! No shirt included in registration, but may be added on for additional fee.
- Completion Incentive: Students who complete at least 7 races will receive a $25 gift card and custom t-shirt at the end of the 2026 series!
- Award Criteria: Students must run or walk to be eligible for awards and incentives.
