• Open Date: Registration will open up in November/December for community members.

Event Highlights

• Start Time: 10:30 AM (runners first, walkers follow).
• Course: Runners complete 2 laps around the neighborhood: walkers complete 1 loop.
• Strollers: Welcome for walkers (no strollers in the run, please).
• Awards: Age group winners for runners: top male & female finishers win a Raising Cane’s prize basket ($75 value).

• Event Type: This is a Chapman Farm Community Event.
• Weather Policy: This is a rain-or-shine event — no refunds.
• No Race Day Registration: Please register early.
• Early Registration Perk: First 200 participants to register receive a custom Chapman Farm Beach/Pool Towel.

• Special Pricing: Residents see your email for your special pricing and how to get it when you register!
• Price Increase: Prices will go up this year!

• Date: Saturday, March 13, 2027.
• Time: 9:30–10:30 AM at the clubhouse.
