Save the Date: Saturday, March 13, 2027 for the 4th Annual Chapman Farm Fun Run and Walk.

Registration Information

• Opening Date: Registration will open up in November/ December for community members.
• Sponsors: If you would like to sponsor our 2027 event, email caitreid@gmail.com.
• Special Rates: We have very reasonable rates to sponsor our event!
• Participants: Stay in touch to see our 2027 sponsors and swag!

Event Details

Join us for a family-friendly community tradition sponsored by the Chapman Farm HOA! Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, this is a wonderful way to celebrate health, neighbors, and fun in Chapman Farm.

• Start Time: 10:30 AM (runners first, walkers follow)
• Course: Runners complete 2 laps around the neighborhood: walkers complete 1 loop
• Strollers: Welcome for walkers (no strollers in the run, please)
• Awards: Age group winners for runners: top male & female finishers win a Raising Cane’s prize basket ($75 value)

Post-Race Activities

• Community Potluck: Join us after the run/walk for food and fellowship.
• First 200 Participants: Receive a custom Chapman Farm Silicone Cup.
• Rain or Shine: This is a rain-or-shine event — no refunds.
• No Day-of Registration: Please register early.

Participant Perks

• Finisher’s Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Food Options: Enjoy Ledo Pizza and Chick Fil-A Breakfast Biscuit thanks to local sponsors!
• Sample Products: Participants will receive hydration samples and more!
• Free One-on-One Session: With Elevate Wellness Club (a Chapman Farm community member).

Raffle Information

You are included in the raffle if you donate $10.00 or more at checkout or buy an item from the store.

Raffle Prizes

Packet Pick-Up

• Grab & Go: Packet Pick-Up on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 5:30-6:30pm at 1602 Trumbulls Court.
• Race Day: Saturday, March 14, 2026 (Race Day) — 9:30–10:30 AM at the clubhouse.

Volunteers

This event is only possible with the help of volunteers! Middle and high school students are welcome to volunteer, and forms will be signed for service hours. Please see the Volunteers Page to sign up.
