Save the date for the 3rd Annual Chapman Farm Fun Run and Walk! The event will be on Saturday, March 14, 2026. We will send out information at a later date. Don’t forget to check out our sponsors from 2025 in the sponsors section!

🕙 Race Details

• Start Time: Race starts at 10:30 with runners and then walkers follow.
• Distance: Runners will complete two laps around the neighborhood. Walkers will walk one loop. Strollers are welcomed for the walk. Please no strollers if you wish to run.
• Awards: Age group winners for runners.
• Community Event: The community potluck will occur after the run/walk.

🎟️ Registration Information

All residents are invited to the events. The event is rain or shine and no refunds. There will be NO race day registration. Please make sure to register early!

This year the first 175 people to sign up to run or walk will receive a Chapman Farm Fun Run beanie.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Date and Time: Grab and Go packet pick up will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 6:00-7:00pm at 2712 Hamils Court.
• On Race Day: You may also pick up your packet before the race on March 15, 2025 from 9:30am-10:30am at the clubhouse.
• Meet Our Sponsor: Our Sponsor Aine Rico will be in attendance at the packet pick on race day and for the duration of the race to meet neighbors! Please say hi or visit her webpage at https://ainericobeautystudio.com/.
• Pick Up Schedule: On Saturday, from 9:30-10:30am runners and walkers will be able to pick up their packets at the clubhouse. Please allow time to pick up packets.

🤝 Volunteer Opportunities

Please click on the volunteers section of the webpage to sign up to help. We need help with bringing tables to potluck dishes. We are also in need of support on race day. Middle and high school students may help, and we will sign a volunteer form!
