Chapman Farm St. Patrick's Day Fun Run and Walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Status: We are sold out! The Race is at capacity!
• Start Time: Race starts at 10:30 with runners followed by walkers.
• Course: Runners will complete two laps around the neighborhood: walkers will walk one loop.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are welcomed for the walk: please no strollers if you wish to run.

🎉 Community Potluck

• Invitation: All residents are invited to the events.
• Date: The community potluck will occur after the run/walk.
• Weather Policy: The event is rain or shine and no refunds.
• Registration: There will be NO race day registration. Please make sure to register early!

🧢 Participant Perks

• Beanies: The first 175 people to sign up will receive a Chapman Farm Fun Run beanie.
• Finisher's Medal: Sponsored by Aine Rico Beauty Studio.
• Breakfast: A Chick Fil-A Breakfast Biscuit.
• Other Treats: Herr's Chips, LMNT Samples, Wawa hot beverage coupon, bottled water by Glory Day's, and snacks by Giant.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Initial Pickup: Grab and Go packet pick up on March 12, 2025, from 6:00-7:00pm at 2712 Hamils Court.
• Race Day Pickup: March 15, 2025, from 9:30am-10:30am at the clubhouse.
• Sponsor Attendance: Aine Rico will be at the packet pick up on race day. Visit her webpage at Aine Rico Beauty Studio.
• Thank You: A huge thank you to all the community members who have donated!

🤝 Volunteers Needed

• Help Required: We need help transporting tables and potluck dishes, along with support on race day.
• Volunteer Eligibility: Middle and high school students may help, and we will sign a volunteer form!

• Support the Community: Your involvement helps make this community event a memorable day for all families!
