Babcock Ranch is excited to announce our 2nd annual Love on the Run 5K Run/Walk. The Love on the Run 5K Run/Walk at Babcock Ranch is a perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, combining a scenic course with a fun, festive atmosphere.
Important Dates
- Shirt Cutoff Date: February 5, 2026. Shirts ARE NOT guaranteed after this date.
Packet Pickup
- Early Packet Pickup: Thursday, February 12th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, February 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Pickup Location: Babcock Ranch Lifestyle Office, 42911 Lake Babcock Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33982.
- Race Day Packet Pickup: 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at Bluebird Park, 16050 Babcock Trail, Punta Gorda, FL 33982
- Race Day Registration: 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m., cost is $40.00.
Race Details
- Race Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
- Race Day Parking: Free ample parking is available near the starting area.
- Post-Race: Post-race snacks and awards will be provided.
- Facilities: Bathrooms and Water Stations will be located at the start and finish areas, and the water stop will also be at the halfway mark.
Awards
- Age Group Awards: Based on off-chip time.
- Overall Awards: There will be overall awards and finisher medals.
- Actual Awards: 1st Place Overall Awards: Male & Female.
- Additional Awards: In-person awards to the top three M/F in various age groups.
