- 5K Registration: starts at $10.00 - FOR EVERYONE THAT REGISTERED WITHIN THE LAST 10 YEARS. Running Club Discounts DOES NOT apply for this $10 rate.
- Day-of Registration: $50.00
- Kids 16 and Under: start at $20.00 - No Club Discounts
- Chip Timing: This event is Chip Timed by Durti Runners Race Timing.
Event Details
- Packet Pick-up: 5K day-of Packet Pick-up opens at 6:15 am
- Registration: NO CASH - ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE ONLINE.
- Mobile Registration: REGISTER ONLINE ON YOUR PHONE.
- Closing: Registration closes 15 minutes before the race begins. We will not hold up the event for late arrivals!
T-Shirt Information
- Guaranteed T-Shirts: NOT guaranteed after 6/13/2025.

- 7:30 am - 5K Run Begins
- 8:30 am - Awards Begin AFTER THE LAST RUNNER

Food Details
- Food for Runners: Breakfast Snack for all runners with a bib.
- Included Items: Bananas, Icy POP's, snack bars & other available items when you finish.
- Chick-fil-A Card: Everyone will get a Free Menu Item Card to Chick-fil-A Port Charlotte.
Course Condition
- Course Type: Road & Some Sidewalks
- Strollers: Allowed in the run portion of this event but must start in the back.
- Fun Walk: The 1 mile fun walk is around the Track - Not chip timed, just for fun. Will receive a finishers towel.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds: ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE DONATIONS!
- Forfeiture: If you elect not to attend the event, you will forfeit any claim to your finisher item, bib, and race shirt.
Awards Information
- Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in age groups of 5-year increments.
- Overall Awards: custom made, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters, & Veterans.
- Age Range: 12-under to 80-above.
Proceeds
- Fund Allocation: All proceeds after expenses will go into the XC/Wellen Park HS Athletics.
