The Adams Morgan Day 5K is more than a race—it’s a movement to bridge the gap in mental health wellness in Ward 7 and Ward 9 of Washington, D.C. Together, we run to raise awareness, promote equitable access to resources, and inspire a community united in support of mental health for all.
