DJ Graham Memorial Color Run

Race Overview

• Organizer: The Mercer High School Student Council is hosting a memorial color run (5 kilometers) honoring DJ Graham.
• Proceeds: Half of all proceeds will be donated to the foundation: Soul Care Place (SCP), Grove City, PA.
• SCP Mission: SCP typically counsels those who are looking for a combination of spiritual and therapeutic solutions.
• Non-Profit Status: SCP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on making Christ-centered mental health recovery and wellness accessible countywide.

About DJ Graham

• Beloved Son: DJ Graham, son of James and Sarah (Knopp) Graham, was a caring and fun individual.
• Passions: An avid golfer and competitive fisherman who also enjoyed baseball and spending time with friends and family.
• Education: Attended Mercer Area Elementary School and Shenango Elementary, where he participated in multiple sports.
• Faith: Grew up in a Christian home and was involved in children’s ministry at City Church in New Castle, PA.

Event Details

• Date & Time: The race will be held on April 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• Location: 545 W Butler St, Mercer, PA, at Mercer Area Jr/Sr High School.
• Course: The course is mostly flat, so strollers and walkers are welcome!
• Family Friendly: This is a very family-friendly event, and sports teams are encouraged to participate.

Registration Information

• Race Package: Upon check-in on race day, participants will receive a race t-shirt and bib number.
• Fun Factor: Powdered paint will be tossed at runners during the race.
• Fees: The race registration fee includes a race t-shirt and finisher ribbon.
• Awards: Medals will be awarded to the first male and first female overall.
