🤝 About Grief and Loss In Motion

• Support: Provides support to those who have lost someone to suicide.
• Training: Offers Suicide Prevention trainings for the general community and various organizations.
• Local Outreach: Home to the Trumbull County LOSS (Local Outreach to Survivors of Suicide loss) Team.
• Immediate Aid: Dispatches to provide immediate support to those left behind at the scenes of suicides.

• Traumatic Loss: Recently began dispatching to traumatic losses as needed.
• Support Groups: Offers suicide loss specific support groups and general grief support groups.
• Makerspace: Provides Maker:Grief programming for individuals seeking a creative component on their grief journey.
• Empowerment Method: Created Maker Empowerment Method programs for mental health awareness.

🌍 Community Impact

• Local Funds: All funds stay local to assist in continuing the mission.
• Support Group: Recently received funding to begin programming in Mercer and Lawrence counties.
• Survivors of Suicide: Supports the Survivors of Suicide Attempt Support group.
• Continued Efforts: Continues the commitment to provide necessary resources and support to the community.
