Healthy Communities of Clinton County presents The United Way for Clinton County 5k Run/Walk

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, this annual 5K run/walk raises awareness for mental health in our community. This year will be our 7th time hosting this race! It is open to anyone who wants to end the silence surrounding mental health and spread the word that it's okay to not be okay. All donations and profits made will be donated to the Buck Up Foundation and other mental health organizations to give back to mental health awareness. In addition, T-shirts are available for purchase as you register, and you have the opportunity to donate directly to this cause. Not only will you get exercise at this event, but also enjoy the available vendors, prizes, games, food, and LOTS of giveaways!

• T-shirt Availability: T-shirt orders have been turned off. We will have shirts available at the race and race bag pick-up days for sale for $5.00. Sizes are limited, and first come, first served on sales.

• Wednesday 5/7: 9 am- 4 pm
• Thursday 5/8: 9 am- 4 pm
• Friday 5/9: 4 pm - 6 pm
• Saturday: at the Race starting at 9 am
