Spectrum for Living's 2025 Family 5K, Walk & Doggie Dash

🎉 Event Overview

• Purpose: Come out and support Spectrum for Living at our Family 5K, Walk & Doggie Dash, benefiting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
• Location: This exciting 5K event will take place at Overpeck Park (Ridgefield Park Area III), featuring a USATF Certified Course.
• Schedule: Registration opens at 8:30 AM, with the race starting at 10:00 AM. Awards and lunch will follow around 11:00 AM.

🗺️ Race Logistics

• Kickoff Location: The race kicks off near the amphitheater, where parking is available.
• Directions: If you’re coming from Challenger Road, the amphitheater and great lawn will be on your right.

🐶 Paw-some Participation

• Inclusivity: Everyone is welcome to run, walk, or roll through the park with or without your dog.
• Dog Rules: Just make sure your dog is leashed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and well-behaved with people and other dogs.

📝 Registration Information

• Pre-registration: Pre-registration is encouraged, but day-of registration will also be available.
• Sign up by: Sign up by April 6th to guarantee your event t-shirt!
• Early-Bird Rate: Take advantage of our Early-Bird Rate: $35 through April 25th, 12:00 PM.
• Day-of Registration: Day-of registration: $40, starting at 8:30 AM.
