Join us for our 3rd annual Arise & Run 5K, benefiting Selah Place, Empowered to Change, Inc, and Isaiah Village, Inc. Three organizations...one goal...to provide SAFE housing, support, and hope for the vulnerable men, women, and children of Pinellas County.

🏠 About Selah Place

• Mission: Selah Place is a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to supporting single women and their children in our community who have experienced trauma.
• Impact: These traumatic events often leave families facing challenges like drug addiction, human trafficking, and homelessness.
• Support: We provide a very low-cost housing program to alleviate financial strain and promote healing.
• Duration: Families can stay in our program and safe housing for a maximum of three years as they work towards their goals.

🌈 About Isaiah Village

• Mission: To empower and promote independence in adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Community Development: We provide a visionary inclusive community aimed at fostering hope and independence.
• Support: Faith-based support and necessary resources are provided to individuals and their families.
• Goal: To build a thriving environment where everyone can reach their full potential.

🌟 About Empowered to Change International

• Belief: All individuals can hope for a life free from abuse, becoming productive members of their communities.
• Safe Housing Program: Provides individuals with a safe environment to heal and equips them with necessary life skills.
• Support Services: Life coaching, trauma therapy, and financial education are offered.
• Community Role: Community support is vital in helping individuals transition from brokenness to hope.

📍 Event Details

• Location: The event is within the beautiful Walsingham Park, 12615 102nd Avenue, Largo, FL 33778.
• Chip Timing: This 5k will be chip timed by Florida Race Day with live results.
• Awards: We will be awarding the fastest runners based on age and gender.
• T-Shirts: Everyone who registers before January 24th will receive a t-shirt. Late registrants are not guaranteed a shirt.
