👕 Costume Encouragement

All participants are encouraged to wear a Superhero costume!

🗓️ Schedule of Events

• Check in Begins: 8:00 a.m. (There will be NO day of registrations accepted.)
• Kids' Super Dash: 8:45 a.m. - Free race for kids - No registration needed.
• Start Time: 9:00 a.m. - ALL 5K Superheroes take off!!

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

• What does my registration include? All sponsor complementary registrations and paid registrations will receive our Superhero 5K T-shirt (prior to Midnight, Sunday, April 13th), LOTS of SUPER fun and Superhero Goodie Giveaways!
• Can kids do both the Kids' Super Dash and the full 5K? YES!
• When does registration close? Registration will close Midnight, Friday, April 25th, 2025 PLEASE NOTE: t-shirts are not available if you register after April 13th.
• Can I register in-person? NO. Online registration only.

🎭 Costume Contest and More

• Will there be a Superhero Costume Contest? YES!
• Can I pick up my t-shirt and bib before race day? No, pickup will be held race day morning only starting at 8:00 am.
• Can I bring my dog? We adore our furry friends! For the comfort of all participants, we welcome service animals only please.
• What if I want to make an additional donation? When you complete your registration there is an option to make an additional donation to our program.

🏆 Awards

Yes, awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place in the categories Men 18+, Women 18+, and Under 17 (combined men and women).

💡 Refund Policy

Due to costs associated with the race and being a fundraiser for our programs, there are no refunds for this event.
