Join us for the 31st annual Easter Sun Run on April 19 at Sedgwick County Park in Wichita! Lace up and get ready for an unforgettable experience at the Easter Sun Run—one of the Midwest’s premier 10K and 2-mile run/walk events! Whether you’re racing for the win, enjoying a fun jog with friends, taking a relaxing stroll (and earning a medal for it!), or bringing the family for the Easter Family Fun Zone, this event has something for everyone.

• 10K Race Start: 9:00 a.m.
• 2-Mile Run/Walk Start: 11:00 a.m.

• 10K: Top 3 Male, Top 3 Female
• 2-Mile: Top 3 Male, Top 3 Female
• Master's Award: Ages 40-59 - Top Male, Top Female (10K and 2-Mile)
• Senior Grand Master: 60+ - Top Male, Top Female (10K and 2-Mile)

Team Information

NEW THIS YEAR! All teams of 10 or more that register before March 28 get a $10 discount per registrant AND the team’s name printed on the back of their Easter Sun Run shirts for free. Custom aqua shirts are for teams only this year! Make sure and visit the TEAMS tent at the event.

• Team Discounts: Kicks in when the 10th person registers.
• Photo Opportunities: Stop in for a quick snack and get your team photo taken.
• Awards: Trophies for fastest team, largest team, largest church team, best team spirit, and more!

Family Fun Zone

Bring the entire family and join us for the annual Easter egg hunt, fun inflatables for the kids, yard games, cotton candy and popcorn, and a free BBQ lunch with hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, and more. It's festive family fun for a memorable day in the park!

• Registration Deadline: All registration closes at 12 p.m. on Friday, April 18.
• Discount Applies: All teams of 10 or more receive a $10 discount per participant.
• T-Shirt Printing: Team name printed on race t-shirts if registered before March 28.
