- Active Start: This event is a fun way for kids to kick off their summer in a healthy way.
Registration Details
- Free Participation: There is no entry fee for the Mighty Mile.
- Online Registration Only: Registration must be done online prior to the race.
- Participant Limit: The race is limited to the first 300 participants, so register early!
- No On-Site Registration: There will be no registration available on the race day.
Race Schedule
- Race 1: 6:30pm | 5 - 7 year olds
- Race 2: 6:50pm | 8 – 9 year olds
- Race 3: 7:10pm | 10 - 11 year olds
- Race 4: 7:25pm | 12 - 14 year olds
Results & Awards
- Electronic Timing: The race will be electronically timed using a disposable tag system.
- Post-Race Results: Results will be available immediately after the race and posted on the official website.
- No Awards: There are no awards: the emphasis is on personal achievement and healthy lifestyle.
- Finisher Medals: All runners will receive a medal upon completion.
Course Information
- Start/Finish Location: Northville Hillside Middle School Track
- Course Layout: The first 1/4 mile is on the track, followed by a loop on school grounds and finishing with a 1/4 mile on the track.
- Support: Members of the Northville Middle School Track team will be present for encouragement.
- Parental Participation: Parents are welcome to run alongside their children.
Additional Information
- No Refreshments: Participants must bring their own water as there will be no refreshments provided after the event.
- Packet Pick Up: Available on race day at the Hillside Middle School Track from 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm.
