Get ready for the ultimate prehistoric party at The Epic's 3rd Annual Dino Dash on March 22nd! Join us on the Grand Lawn for a dinosaur-themed extravaganza the whole family will love. Picture the grand finale: inflatable dinosaurs battling it out in a fun and hilarious relay race!

👟 Choose Your Adventure

• Epic 5K & Fun Run (All Ages): Lace up your running shoes (or walking shoes!) for a scenic course around the pond and through Epic Central. Participants get a shirt and swag bag. Cross the finish line and claim your dino themed medal, and bragging rights that you did dino-tastic!
• Date: March 22, 2025
• Time: Starts at 10:00 am
• Dino-mite Relay Race (18+ Only): Teams of four will suit up in inflatable dinosaur costumes to battle for prehistoric bragging rights. Swag bag included.

🏅 Relay Race Details

• Location: The Relay Races will take place on the Grand Lawn and will include up to 5 teams of 4 (20 participants total for each race).
• Costumes: Each team will be provided matching inflatable dinosaur costumes for the race.
• Course: Each team will run two laps around the pond between The Epic and The Summit, passing the baton at the half-way point. The fastest team to complete the two laps wins.
• Time: Starts at 11:00 am

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Date: March 21, 2025
• Time: 12:00pm-3:00pm
• Location: The Epic, 2960 Epic Place, Grand Prairie, TX 75052
