Race Day Check-In
Check-in will be from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on race day.

- 6:15 PM - 1K Swim + 5K Run, 1K Swim & Relays start
- Swim Wave 1: Co-ed/FAST
- Swim Wave 2: Men 49 & under
- Swim Wave 3: Men 50+
- Swim Wave 4: Women 49 & under
- Swim Wave 5: Women 50+
- RUN only: 6:20 PM - 5K Run & 10K start at the arch
Awards Presentation

- Overall Male & Female: Recognized for the best overall performance.
- Top 3 Male & Female Age Group Finishers: Awards for age-group excellence.
