• Scenic Route: The course winds through picturesque tree-lined streets, past rolling fields, and along serene nature trails.
• Terrain: A mix of paved roads and well-maintained paths featuring gentle hills and open stretches.
• 5k Course: Mostly trail & rail trail course along the Medfield Rail Trail and Norfolk Hunt Club.
• 10k Course: Starts on the Medfield Rail Trail, then heads onto the roads of Medfield before returning to the Rail Trail.
