📅 Runner Policies Overview

Please review our runner policies, below. By proceeding with registration, you agree to abide by the fundraising requirements.

💰 Fundraising Requirements

• Initial Registration Fee: $50 to reserve your bib with A Running Passion.
• 5K Fundraising Minimum: $500 (covers race registration fee).
• 10K Fundraising Minimum: $600 (covers race registration fee).
• Half Marathon Fundraising Minimum: $800 (covers race registration fee).
• Two Course Challenge Fundraising Minimum: $900 (covers race registration fee).

Your registration with A Running Passion includes:

• Guaranteed Race Entry: Secure your spot in the race.
• Event Race Shirt(s): Get stylish gear for your run.
• Event Race Medal(s): Celebrate your achievement.
• Swag Bag: Enjoy goodies from A Running Passion.

📅 Fundraising Deadlines

• 10% Due: 7 days after initial registration.
• 25% Due: 30 days after initial registration.
• 50% Due: May 1, 2025 (registrants joining late may be granted flexibility).
• 75% Due: July 1, 2025 (registrants joining late may be granted flexibility).
• 100% Due: by September 1, 2025.

⚖️ Refund Policy

We want to be flexible and realize that life changes and injuries happen, especially when you have to register so far in advance. However, we are a small non-profit entity, and we depend on your registration to fund our mission. Your initial registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any fundraising that you complete is non-refundable.

↩️ Deferral Policy

Deferrals are allowed from the date of registration through July 1st. Once a deferral is requested, your decision is final. The deferral is good for one event year only. Any fundraising that you have completed will be deferred also, with the exception of the initial non-deferrable registration fee. It is the runner’s responsibility to request a bib the following year once registration is open.

🔄 Event Transfer Policy

If you are registered for an event during Marathon Weekend and want to change to a different event during Marathon Weekend, it is possible under the following conditions:

• Before July 1st: Transfers must be requested before this date.
• No Registration Completed: You have not completed the runDisney registration yet.
• Available Bib: We have an available bib for the event you are interested in.
• No Runners Waitlisted: We have no runners on the waitlist for the event you are interested in.

📋 Bib Transfer Policy

We only allow bib transfers under the following conditions:

• Requested Before July 1st: Transfers must be made before this date.
• No Registration Completed: You have not completed your runDisney registration.
• No Runners Waitlisted: We have no runners on the waitlist for the event in question.
• Non-refundable Fundraising: Any fundraising completed will not be refunded but can be transferred to the new participant.
