🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Welcoming one and all to the 4th Annual Rise A.N.D. Connect 5K Walk/Run and Kid’s fun run on September 6, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM at Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek! Whether you are a serious or recreational runner, walkers or want to bring your kid on a stroller, all are welcome! USATF Certified course. We have Yoga, Kid's activities, and breakfast for all. New for this year - Virtual option available too!

🗓️ Schedule of Events

• Check-in/Registration: 7:00 – 8:30 AM
• Yoga session: 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
• Kid’s Fun Run: 8:30 AM
• 5K Walk/Run: 9:00 AM
• Age Category Awards: 10:15 - 10:30 AM

Sumptuous breakfast will be served as walkers/runners finish!
