Race Day Schedule

• 6:30 AM: Race Day Registration begins
• 7:00 AM - 11 AM: February Festival Expo - Full of FUN, make your own Valentines
• 7:45 AM: Start of the HEART RUN Half Marathon (only)
• 8:00 AM: Kid's Dash

Awards Ceremony

• 9:10 AM: Overall Race award winners
• 9:30 AM: Begin 5K division awards
• 9:45 AM: Half Marathon Awards Ceremony
• Categories: Age division awards for all distances

Celebrate Valentine's Day

Celebrate Valentine's in a healthy HEART filled way! Choose between 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon. Bring family, friends, or your sweetheart for a full-fledged February celebration. It's your largest and BEST February heart-themed race!

Participant Benefits

Food Options

An add-on option includes a $6 food voucher ticket for street tacos, tamales, drinks, coffee, or home-baked Valentine's cookies. Cash is also accepted on race morning.

Parking Information

• Location: State park parking fee is $15 (credit card or pass required).
• Option: Free parking in Sunset Beach, with a short jog to LOT 25.
• Access: Enter through the main gate only.
• Plan Ahead: Arrive early to ensure proper parking time.

5K and 10K: Age Group Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Top Overall Male/Female trophies across multiple age divisions.

Finisher Medals

Each distance gets their own specific finisher medal. Make sure to pick up the correct one at the finish line: Half Marathon medals to the left, 5K medals to the right, and 10K medals in the middle.

Restroom Facilities

Restrooms are provided by the State Park and are located at the far ends of lot 25. Plan extra time if needed.

Family Friendly

Strollers are welcome, and this course is pet-friendly. Be responsible for your pet's actions during the event.
