We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support and excitement for this year’s 5K. Last year we welcomed 348 runners, and this year registration nearly doubled with 650 participants, which exceeded our expectations and has officially filled the event to capacity.
On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the City of Beaumont will celebrate the return of Breezin’ Through Beaumont. This event consists of a 5k road race. Everyone is encouraged to come out and watch this exciting event.
Race Details
The race will begin in front of the Beaumont Civic Center, located at: 550 E. Sixth St., Beaumont, CA 92223, and continue along the islands of Palm Avenue to 13th Street before returning southbound to 8th Street where the race will wind around Stewart Park before finishing back at the Civic Center. Whether you are an experienced runner or an avid walker, everyone who is interested is encouraged to participate.
Event Times
- 6:30 a.m.: Registration and bag pickup
- 8:00 a.m.: Race starts
- Expected pace: 15-minute mile pace
- 9:00 a.m.: Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony is expected to take place at 9am on the front steps of the Civic Center. The top three male and female finishers in each age division will be awarded medals. Overall male and female winners will receive trophies.

- Preregistration: Open until April 30 - $30
- Guaranteed: Pre-registration guaranteed a race shirt.
- Registration: $30.
- Policy: All sales are final. No refunds.

Bib Pick-up Information
- Race Day: Pick-up at the Beaumont Civic Center beginning at 6:30 a.m.
- Pre-Pickup: Runners can pick up their race bibs and t-shirts ahead of race day on May 12 – 14 from 1pm to 5pm at the Albert A. Chatigny Sr. Community Recreation Center, located at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway.
Road Closures
During the events, there will be rolling street closures and no-parking zones throughout the course. The areas most affected within the city will be along:

- Palm Ave
- 8th Street
- Orange Ave
- Magnolia Ave
