• Skill Development: Students will have the chance to challenge themselves while improving their running skills and fitness.
• Training Focus: We’ll focus on conditioning through fun running exercises and challenges.
• Progress Tracking: Participants can track their progress and work towards beating their own personal best times.
• Weekly Goals: Each week, we’ll set new goals and encourage each other, all while having fun and staying active.
