Pride 5k Overview

• Date: June 6, 2026
• Location: Long Branch Park, Liverpool, NY
• Previous Name: Formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K
• Inclusivity: The new name is inclusive of everyone in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities, as well as Allies.

Proceeds and Impact

• Community Support: 100% of the proceeds from the Pride 5k stay in our local community.
• SAGE Upstate: Funds raised go to SAGE Upstate programs which reduce isolation and improve health for older LGBTQ people.

Entry Fee

• Online Registration: Closing on Monday, June 1
• Pride 5k Run/Walk Fees:
  • March 1 - March 15: $30
  • March 16 - June 1: $35 (12 & under: $15)
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Must be registered by May 18 to guarantee a t-shirt.
• Race Day Registration: $40 available on the day of the race.

Virtual Registration

• Virtual Fees: $45 includes postage for mailing t-shirts.
• Group Registration: You can also register a group.

Virtual Runners Instructions

• Step 1: Make sure you are logged into RunSignUp.
• Step 2: Click on the Results tab.
• Step 3: Select the Submit Virtual Results button.
• Step 4: Search your name and enter your results. They will show up on the Virtual Results page after a few minutes.
