Sole Sisters Hopeful Hearts 5K is a community-driven walk/run dedicated to raising awareness about preconception health and overall wellness.

This event is a collaboration between Fresno County Perinatal Equity Initiative, Black Infant Health, and the Black Girls Run! Central Valley. This is a community event for ALL, aimed to empower individuals with knowledge and resources to support their health before conception. Participants will enjoy an uplifting and inclusive experience, featuring a scenic 5K route, informational booths, and engaging activities. Join us as we take strides toward healthier futures—one step at a time!

• Race Time: 7:00 am to 7:30 am (Bib pickup will close at exactly 7:30 am)

• Time: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm

🏅 Race Day Packet Pickup

LOCATION: Woodward Park, Fort Washington, and Friant entrance: first parking lot, west of the Art of Life sign.

• Finisher’s Medal: for the first 250 participants
• Race Shirt: for the first 250 participants
• Course Hydration: available throughout the race
• Raffle Prizes: and giveaways will be offered
