Sole Sisters Hopeful Hearts 5K is a community-driven walk/run dedicated to raising awareness about preconception health and overall wellness.

This event is a collaboration between Fresno County Perinatal Equity Initiative, Black Infant Health, BGR Central Valley, and FCHIP. This is a community event for ALL, aimed to empower individuals with knowledge and resources to support their health before conception. Participants will enjoy an uplifting and inclusive experience, featuring a scenic 5K route, informational booths, and engaging activities. Join us as we take strides toward healthier futures—one step at a time!

Race Day Packet Pickup

• Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
• Time: 7:00 am to 7:40 am (Bib pickup ends sharply at 7:40 am)
• Location: Woodward Park, first parking lot west of the Art of Life sign
• Note: Arrive early to secure your bib.

Race Amenities

• Finisher’s medal: for the first 300 participants (250 adults & 50 kids)
• Race shirt: for the first 300 participants (250 adults & 50 kids)
• Course hydration: Stay hydrated throughout the race.
