CASA & TCAC Colorful 5K

🎨 Event Overview

Benefiting CASA for Children and the Texarkana Children's Advocacy Center and the critical support services they provide to more than 1,500 abused and neglected children each year.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Date: April 26, 2025
• Location: Spring Lake Park, Texarkana, TX
• Distance: 3.1 miles (5K)
• Course: A beautiful route around the spring-fed lake and throughout the park.

🌈 Color Explosion

The race begins with each participant releasing a bag of color into the air creating a beautiful burst of color. Stations will also be located throughout the race route where you will be showered with brightly colored powder, turning your white shirt into a color explosion. The color is made from eco-friendly food colored cornstarch.

🕗 Registration Information

• Onsite Registration: Begins at 8:00 AM
• Fee: Non-refundable registration includes 1 color bag and 1 t-shirt per paid registrant while supplies last.
• Guarantee: Register by April 4th to be guaranteed a t-shirt and color bag.
• Shirt Pickup: For those already registered, shirts will be available at the CASA Office from 9 AM - 4 PM daily beginning the Monday following the scheduled race day.

🌧️ Weather Policy

The race will go on in the event of rain but will be cancelled if lightning and thunder are predicted due to safety concerns.
