• Inclusivity: The program is structured just as the name sounds. Anyone, irrespective of their past running experience, can begin this and follow along to get better.
• Local Support: Team AIMS also have local groups in Virginia and Maryland areas.
• Expert Guidance: We have around 20 experienced RRCA Certified Endurance Coaches who will support you and keep you motivated.
