• Pump and Run: 8am
• 5K only: 9am

💪 Pump & Run Details

• Participants: Step up to the bench and press your body weight a minimum of 2 reps and up to 15 reps.
• Time Reduction: Each rep is worth a 30 second reduction from your 5K time.
• 5K Experience: Enjoy your 5K on Spooky Nook property!

• Sizes: Choose T-Shirt size: S, M, L, XL, 2XL
• Registration Deadline: Register by 10/22/25 to choose your size.
