This event is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 12 weeks long
• Objective: Helping adults get started running or back into a regular running routine prior to our fall marathon training class.
• Welcome: All levels and paces are welcome!

💰 Registration Information

• Cost: $80 if you register by 5/4.
• Increased Price: $85 if you register from 5/5-5/25.
• Deadline: 5/25.
• Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

📋 What's Included

• Training Schedule: 12-week training schedule.
• Workouts: 2 coach-led group workouts per week.
• Access: Email access to the coach throughout the program.
• Discount: 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply) and a training shirt.

🗓️ Program Dates

• Dates: May 11, 2025 - August 2, 2025.
• Group Training Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30AM.
• Long Runs: Group long runs on Saturdays at 7:00AM.
• Location: Davis Drive Park (1610 Davis Drive, Cary, NC 27519).
