🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Join Us: Join us for the 4th Annual Brett J Morris Avenger Foundation PTSD and Mental Health Awareness 5K Run/Walk/Ruck and Virtual Run/Walk/Ruck.
• Purpose: The newest studies suggest that we lose on average 44 soldiers a day to suicide. We are offering our Ruck option again this year to honor the 44 soldiers we lose daily to their internal battles.
• Requirements: Please be sure to check the requirements for Ruck.

🎖️ About Our Foundation

• Our Mission: Our organization was started in memory of 20 year Army Veteran, Brett J Morris, who served 8 combat tours as 3/160th Night Stalker and a combined 20yrs of service as a US Army Reservist.
• Brett's Legacy: Brett lost his battle with PTSD, chronic pain, and depression by suicide on Sept. 10, 2021.
• Goals: Our mission is to AVENGE the Battle Within, raise awareness, and AVENGE the stigma that surrounds mental illness.
• Support: Our proceeds go back to families in our military, 1st responders, and athletic communities who are struck by loss, tragedy, or hardships.

• Virtual Packet Guarantee: Registration DEADLINE (to guarantee race packets) FOR VIRTUAL is June 10th, 2025
