Race Description

• Event: Join us at the scenic Barton Orchards in Poughquag for our in-person Superhero 5k.
• Distance: Whether you join the Challenge or you select the 5K, we will gather together to complete 3.1 miles.
• Terrain: The course will cover gravel, pavement, and grass.
• Objective: We aren’t looking for your best time: we are looking for you to have a good time.

Post-Race Festivities

• Event: Following the race, join us for our first ever Superhero Rock Fest!
• Entertainment: Enjoy the sounds of local bands.
• Food: Savor delicious food and drinks.
• Continuation: Keep the party going with Sparrow's Nest!

Race Details

• Check-In: Race check-in begins at 8:00 am.
• Start Time: The run begins promptly at 9 AM.
• Entry: All race registrants gain automatic entry into the Rock Fest.
• Children: Children under 5 are free for both the 5K and Rock Fest.

Rock Fest Participation

• Admission: Don’t want to break a sweat? Join us for the Rock Fest only, for $20!
• Concert Check-In: Begins at 11 am.
