Louise Archer 5K & Sun Run

Dust off your running shoes and come support the Louise Archer community at the annual Louise Archer 5K and Sun Run on Sunday, April 27, 2025!

• Community Impact: Schools are at the heart of every community, and the PTA is right there building connections.
• Engagement: Through events, programs, fundraising and outreach, PTAs are building their communities.
• Celebration: The Louise Archer 5K and Sun Run is an active way to celebrate our school, students, teachers, staff, and community.

🕗 Race Schedule

The Sun Run kid's run will start at 8:00 am followed by the 5K which starts at 8:30 am.

• When: Sunday, April 27, 1K "Sun Run" starts at 8:00 am, 5K starts at 8:30 am
• Where: Madison High School, 2500 James Madison Dr, Vienna, VA 22181

💲 Registration Fees

• 5k Run/Walk Adult (13 & over): $40 through February 28, $45 March 1 through Race Day
• 5k Run/Walk Kids (12 & under): $35 through February 28, $40 March 1 through Race Day
• 1K Fun Run (untimed): $20 through February 28, $25 March 1 through Race Day
• Registration Deadline: Online registration will close on Thursday, April 24 at 8:00 PM.

👕 Commemorative Race Shirts

Commemorative Race Shirts will be available to everyone for pick up before the race when registered by the end of the day, April 8. For registrations completed after April 8, shirts will not be guaranteed. Be sure to register early!

🏆 Awards & Prizes

Awards will be given for the Overall Male and Female 13 & Over Finisher, as well as the Top 12 & Under Male and Female finisher.

📦 Packet Pick-up and Late Registration

• Thursday, April 24: Chick-Fil-A in Vienna (538 Maple Ave) from 5-8 pm
• Saturday, April 26: PR Store-Vienna (111 Maple Ave) from 12:00-3:00 pm
• Race Day: Madison HS starting at 7:15 am

⚠️ Important Note

All runners MUST be registered and have a bib in order to participate in the run. If parents feel the need to run with their student, please be sure to register. Parents registered in the 5K are able to participate with their children in the Sun Run at no additional fee.
