Shake off the winter chill and welcome the sunshine with the Spring Fling Race Series — the hottest 5K / 10K event of the season! Lace up, grab your crew, and join us for a morning full of music, medals, and Bigfoot magic. From our littlest Yetis in the Kids Dash to seasoned runners chasing PRs, there’s something for everyone!

• Kids Dash: A fun 20-yard dash for our little Yetis! Includes a race tee and a special Bigfoot Kids Dash finisher medal. Our crew captures every adorable moment. Not timed — pure fun!
• 1 Mile: Perfect for all ages and experience levels. Includes a race tee and finisher medal. Not chip-timed.
• 5K (3.11 miles): Chip-timed with awards and plenty of energy!
• 10K (6.22 miles): Double the distance, double the glory!

• 6:30–7:45 AM: Packet Pickup
• 7:55 AM: Kids Dash (meet at start line)
• 8:00 AM: National Anthem & Race Start
• Results & awards available live at the registration tent!

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities

• Volunteer Then Run: Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.
• Full Race Volunteer: Perfect for those who want to help but not run this time.
• Volunteer Roles: Water Station, Course Monitors, Finish Line Helper, Turtle/Sweeper, Packet Pickup/Results, Floater, Lead Bike, Bigfoot Mascot.
• Check-in: All volunteers check in at the Registration Tent 1.5 hours before start time.

📅 Important Notes

• Shirt Guarantee: 10 days before race day. After that, limited availability.
• Weather: Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold.
• Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start. Any additional pickups announced by email 1 week prior to the race.
• Public Space Notice: Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads. Please be courteous and aware.
