7th Annual Larry Don’s 7 & 7K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The friends of Larry Don Troutt decided there was no better way to honor his memory at the Gustine Homecoming than put on a race. He loved his family and friends, he loved his town and he loved his Race Day family, so come do a 7 & 7K with us, right here in the town that started it all!!!

🎉 Homecoming Festivities

In addition to the race, you will want to be sure you stick around for all the Gustine Homecoming festivities. Don’t miss the best Cake & Pie Auction in the Lone Star state!!!!

Come spend the day with us at Gustine on May 24, 2025. There is so much to do!!!

• Entertainment: Under the pavilion continuing all day.
• Games: Games and entertainment for the kiddos.
• Events: 42 Tournament and Bake Off.
• Auction: Cake & Pie Auction will start at 12:00 noon. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!!!

Additional activities include the Parade, Community Meal, and Gustine Jr. Rodeo running from Thursday, May 22, to Saturday, May 24.

(This is a 7-kilometer event = 4.3 miles)

Early Registration (by 5/2/25)

• 17 & under: $20.00
• 18 & over: $25.00
• Fun Run: $20.00

Late Registration (after 5/2/25)

• 17 & under: $22.00
• 18 & over: $27.00
• Fun Run: $22.00

Race Day Registration (5/24/25)

• All ages, both events: $30.00

Sleep-In Supporter (Until 5/2/25 only)

• Fee: Only $20.00
• Details: Show your support from the comfort of home. Registrants will receive a t-shirt & shot glass, but will not be assigned a bib or be eligible for awards. Your packet will be available at packet pick up and you must be registered by May 2.

🥇 Race Day Itinerary

• Registration & Packet Pick Up: 6:30 am – 7:15 am
• Pre-Race Announcements: 7:20 am
• 5K Start: 7:30 am
• Fun Run Start: 7:35 am

Awards to follow the last runner finishing. Enjoy breakfast burritos from the Energy VFD concession stand and stay for the day in Gustine!

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Overall Male & Female, Masters Male & Female.
• Special Placements: 7th place and 77th place.
• Award Highlights: Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in various age groups.

Male & Female age groups include: 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over.
