River Vale and Fitness with Friends 2025 Spring Fling Family 5K run/walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The River Vale Spring Fling Charity 5K is sponsored by Township of River Vale and hosted by Fitness with Friends and Run 4 The Love. It is our vision to help communities become healthy, fit, and happy by providing clinics and classes for all members old and young. We continue to grow our 5K's and we have had huge success with over 150 runners. We're excited to bring another 5K this Spring to our amazing community. We want River Vale with its picturesque streets, small hometown feel, and vibrant community spirit, to be the star of this 3.1-mile journey. This race was created and is being executed in partnership with Run 4 the Love.

👟 Event Details

• Registration: Begins at 7:30 am.
• Race Time: Begins at 8:30 am.
• Shirt: Registrants will receive a commemorative Fitness with Friends and River Vale T-shirt!
• Charity Support: Profits will be donated to the Helping Hand Food Pantry located in Hillsdale, NJ.
• Timing: We are excited to share that this run will be timed electronically by Rock Time Race and populated into our database.

❤️ Charity Donation

The Helping Hand Food Pantry is a non-profit charitable organization granted 501(C)(3) status by the IRS. It is entirely staffed by dedicated volunteers and relies on private donations, grocery stores, fundraisers, food drives, and grants to serve those in need. They currently serve approximately 1252 neighbors every month, including senior citizens, the disabled, active military members, as well as veterans. The pantry serves community members from the towns of Emerson, Hillsdale, Oradell, Montvale, River Vale, Washington Township, Westwood, and Woodcliff Lake.
