S'more Fun Trail Run

Event Overview

• Date: 2026-10-03
• Location: Mirror Lake State Park, Baraboo, WI
• Distance Options: Mini Marshmallow 1-mile kids run (age 11 & under), 5K run & walk, 10K trail, half marathon
• Timing: Chip-timing for 5K, 10K, and half marathon by Tortoise and Hare Race Management

Half Marathon Details

• Cut-off Time: 3:30 hours for timing purposes
• Support: Event staff and volunteers will be present from start to finish
• Timing Limit: No timing will be provided for finishes after 3:30 hours
• Experience: Unique running experience with scenic views

Event Goals

• Introduction: To introduce participants to Mirror Lake State Park
• Fundraising: Raise funds for ongoing and future Friends' projects
• Scenic Route: Run along scenic Mirror Lake, steep hills, and sandstone cliffs
• Post-Race Fun: Enjoy food and beverages including s'mores around a campfire

• Organization: Non-profit supporting Mirror Lake State Park
• Programs: Funds help with the naturalist program, concerts, and events
• Future Projects: Trail maintenance, development, and accessibility improvements
