🏞️ S'more Fun Trail Run Overview

• Date: October 3, 2026
• Location: Mirror Lake State Park, Baraboo, WI
• Events: Mini Marshmallow 1-mile kids run, 5K run & walk, 10K trail, half marathon
• Timing: Chip-timing for 5K run, 10K run & Half Marathon provided by Tortoise and Hare Race Management

⏳ Half Marathon Timing Cut-off

• Cut-off: 3:30 hours for timing purposes
• Staff Support: Event staff and volunteers will assist throughout the race
• Timing: No timing will be provided for finishes after the cut-off
• Experience: A supportive and engaging atmosphere from start to finish

🌅 Event Purpose and Experience

• Goal: Introduce participants to the state park and raise funds for Friends projects
• Terrain: Scenic Mirror Lake, sandstone cliffs, steep hills
• Post-Race: Enjoy food and beverages including s'mores around a campfire
• Unique: A truly memorable running experience

• Non-Profit: Charitable and educational purpose to support Mirror Lake State Park
• Projects: Naturalist program, concerts, candlelight ski and hike events
• Future Projects: Trail maintenance and development, accessibility improvements
