Join us in our 3rd Annual I Run for Ronald 5k on Saturday, May 3rd!

💖 Support a Great Cause

• Pledge: By signing up for the 5k you are pledging to run/walk/bike 3.1 miles in support of RMHC!
• Beneficiaries: All proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House of Western Washington and Alaska and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.
• Mission: RMHC is a philanthropic organization that provides support, food, services, and a place to stay for families whose children are in the hospital.
• Commitment: As a chapter, we are passionate about and dedicated to supporting this Foundation.

📈 Our Impact in Previous Years

• Historic Events: In past years, as Covid-19 changed the direction of our usual philanthropic efforts, we hosted our first ever virtual 5k.
• Participation: I Run for Ronald took place on May 18th and had OVER 200 participants.
• Fundraising: We raised over $18,000 in 2021, over $26,000 in 2022, over $25,000 in 2024, and all proceeds went to RMHC!
• Gathering: Participants gathered all over the U.S. and walked, ran, and skipped in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities.

🥳 Exciting Day Ahead

This year, we are SO pumped to be hosting our 3rd Annual I Run for RMHC® 5k! We are excited to be able to host it in person with a route along the Burke-Gilman Trail, where we will handout shirts to the first 500 in-person people to register, and begin the 5k (1:00pm-4:00pm). The in-person race will conclude at 4pm with a finish line in The Quad on the UW campus!
