DID YOU KNOW?? On average, 11 teenagers die each day from distracted driving. The 100 Deadliest Days of Summer (as it's often referred to) begins Memorial Day weekend and continues until school starts in late August. Teen drivers make up 87% of all distracted drivers on the road.

We invite you to participate in our Don't Text and Drive Awareness run! Choose between our 5K, 1 Mile, or Kid's Dash!

👶 Kid’s Dash

If your littles are excited to join in the experience, but aren't quite ready to tackle a full 5K, we highly recommend our KID'S DASH! This is a short 100–200-meter sprint prior to the start of the race to give our little ones the opportunity to experience the racing environment without the pressure of a seemingly long, endless course.

• Cost: Dashers run for FREE.
• Options: They can still purchase a t-shirt and a finisher medal as an add-on.

✨ New Features

NEW Run Different is adding a brand new 1 MILE OPTION to all of our events for 2026! This is perfect for those who are just dipping their toes into the racing experience as well as friends, families, and social groups that just want to go for a nice stroll.

• Medals: Miler participants will still receive finisher medals and participation shirts.
• Timing: This will be an untimed event with no age group awards.

• Shirt: Event-themed participation t-shirt (5K | 1M) T-SHIRT CUTOFF IS 08/31
• Medal: Finisher Medal (5K | 1M)
• Awards: Eligibility for Age Group Awards (5K ONLY)

Age groups will be awarded 3 deep in the following divisions: M/F 0-9, M/F 10-14, M/F 15-19, M/F 20-29, M/F 30-39, M/F 40-49, M/F 50-59, M/F 60-69, M/F 70+. Our OVERALL MALE, OVERALL FEMALE, MALE MASTERS (40+), & FEMALE MASTERS (40+) will not only receive their gold medals but will also earn a SPECIAL EVENT-THEMED TROPHY!

🏆 Awards Information

AWARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE EVENT. WE WILL NOT SHIP AWARDS. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK ON YOUR RESULTS PRIOR TO LEAVING THE EVENT.
