🦃 Join Us for the 6th Annual Lindale Turkey Trot!

Kick off your Thanksgiving morning with the 6th Annual Lindale Turkey Trot! This fun-filled event features a 5K race and a Kids Race, hosted at EJ Moss Intermediate School in Lindale, Texas. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the holiday, get active, and support our community.

📅 Race Details

• Kids Race: Starts at 8:30 AM (for ages 10 and under)
• 5K Race: Starts at 8:45 AM
• Location: Our course starts and finishes on Eagle Spirit Drive, providing plenty of space for family and friends to cheer on participants as they start their Thanksgiving holiday with a bang.

🎉 What to Expect

• Tom’s Coffee Truck: Enjoy free coffee and hot chocolate for all, thanks to our amazing sponsors.
• Kids Race: This is more than just a little dash! Kids race around the huge parking lot, a challenging course for the little ones that’s always entertaining for spectators.
• 5K Participants: Receive a soft blend Lindale Turkey Trot t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a chip-timed race.
• Top Performers: Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age division.

ℹ️ Important Notes

• Eligibility: The Kids Race is exclusively for ages 10 and under.
• Access: Strollers, wagons, and pets are welcome on the 5K course (pets must be leashed, and no aggressive breeds are allowed).
• Registration: All registration is completed online, including on Thanksgiving morning (if spots are still available).
• Community Support: Proceeds from the event go directly to the Lindale ISD Education Foundation, helping to fund educational initiatives in our community. (This is not an Education Foundation-hosted event.)
