Event Overview
- Event Name: 25th Annual Bare Bones 5K & Fun Run at Overton Elementary School

- Complimentary Ice Cream: All participants will receive ice cream from Novant Health Rowan - Aqua14 Ice Cream truck!
- Community Focus: The Salisbury Rowan Runners aim to provide quality races that give back to the running community.
Course Details
- Half Mile Fun Run: An out and back course on the greenway.
- 5K Course: Starts at Overton Elementary, follows a scenic route with various turns and entries to Greenway.

- Finish Line: Final stretch leads back to Overton Elementary for finish line.
Participant Perks
- Shirts: Dry Fit T-shirts to all runners and walkers!
- Awards: Top 3 Overall Male & Female and top 3 in each age group.
- Ice Cream: Free ice cream for all participants.

- Old Shoes: Bring old shoes for donation to Rowan Helping Ministries.
- Finish Line Video: Individual finish line videos available online post-race.
- Race-Day Registration: $35 for the 5k & $10 for the Fun Run.

Wayne Crowder will be directing the race, offering photo opportunities and his expertise once again.
Beneficiaries
