• Dress Code: This exciting event encourages participants to dress up as their favorite superheroes.

• Beneficiary: All proceeds will benefit the Abilities Workshop and their "LoveABLE" program.
• Support: Provides essential support to special needs families facing crises.

• Costumes: Participants are encouraged to wear superhero costumes.
• Activities: Enjoy family-friendly activities and entertainment.
• Registration: Register now to secure your spot: all participants receive a race t-shirt and a finisher's medal.

• 7:00 a.m. - Registration & Pre-Registration Opens
• 8:00 a.m. - 5K Race Start

• Guarantee: Shirts are guaranteed for pre-registered participants before November 25th.
• Availability: Once sold out, you will see "sold out".
• Race Day: Shirts are not guaranteed on race day.

• General Registrations: Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females, and top 3 in specific age groups.

• Timing & Scoring: Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip.
• Course Length: The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• Results: Posted for top runners: QR Code available at check-in desk.
• Dog/Stroller: Yes, dogs and strollers are allowed.

💰 Refund Policy

We appreciate your race registration but cannot issue refunds or credits.

🌧️ Weather Policy

The race is a "rain or shine" event. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
