• Event Type: A run-bike-FUN event including a memory challenge along the ride courses.
• Annual Event: This marks the 5th annual 53 Strong DeAthlon!
• Challenge: Test your endurance, mental, and physical abilities.
• Location: 7325 S. Rocky River Rd, Monroe, NC.

🤝 Participation Options

• Individual or Team: "DeAthletes" can participate individually or start/join a team.
• Race Format: A 3.4 mile run followed by a choice of one of three bike distances.
• Flexible Registration: Not ready to “Du”? Sign up for the 5K or one of the bike ride distances.
• Join Us: Come join us for the fun!
