🏅 Race Overview

• Location: University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Pembroke, NC
• Age Groups: Boys & girls ages 6-15
• Divisions:
  • Age 6-10: 50 yard swim, 3 mile bike ride, 1 mile run
  • Age 11-15: 100 yard swim, 6 mile bike ride, 2 mile run

🌊 Swim Details

• Type: Pool swim on campus
• Safety: Floaties and life vest allowed

🚴 Bike Information

• Course: Off campus on a closed road
• Support: Plenty of volunteers and police officers along the course
• Training Wheels: Allowed for younger participants

🏃 Run Course

• Terrain: Totally flat with a part on the sidewalk
• Location: Run is on campus
