• Certification: USATF certified 5K course is flat and fast
• Awards: Gift cards are raffled away at awards ceremony
• Medals: Given to 1st place overall male and female

⏰ Event Schedule

• 8:30 AM: Registration + Bib Pick Up Opens
• 9:20 AM: Registration + Bib Pick Up Closes
• 9:30 AM: Start of Event
• 10:30 AM: Start of Awards

🥇 Prizes and Awards

• Ribbons: Given to top 3 in each gender and age group
• Age Groups: 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90+
• Proceeds: All proceeds benefit Washington High School Cross Country
• Scholarships: Provides a college scholarship for a graduating senior
