• Tribute: The Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) is a powerful tribute to 1st Lt. Travis Manion, USMC.
• Purpose: The workout aims to bring together veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to honor one of our nation’s many heroes.
• Hosting: This event is hosted by CrossFit gyms, GORUCK clubs, and fitness centers nationwide, and can also be completed virtually from any location.
• Reminder: This challenging workout serves as an annual reminder to push harder, go further, and grow stronger in honor of those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms.
