South Lyon Pumpkinfest Half-Marathon

🎉 Race Announcement

There is no Pumpkinfest Half Marathon in 2024 due to construction inside Island Lake State Recreation area. All of Island Lake park will be closed from mid September until the end of 2024. The Pumpkinfest Half Marathon will return in September 2025.

🚗 Parking Instructions

• Change Notice: Due to a rerouting of the Pumpkinfest Parade, parking has changed for the 5k runners.
• PARKING LOCATION: PLEASE PARK IN THE TEACHER'S PARKING LOT on the west end of Millennium near the track.
• Access Point: Enter this parking lot from 9 MILE road.
• Overflow Parking: Overflow parking will be at Centennial Middle School a short distance west of Millennium.

Food & Awards & Tech Shirts are part of the experience. The actual race begins at 9:50 AM.

⏰ Timing Information

Please note! Pontiac Trail will be shut down about 9:30 AM. You may need to get to the race via 9 Mile Road if you are arriving late.
