Race Description

• Proudly Sponsored by: Greystone Veterinary Hospital + Urgent Care
• Course Details: The course will consist of grass, gravel, a short wooded trail, and occasional all-purpose paved trails.
• Entertainment: There will be entertainment during the race.
• Post-Race Event: Food and drink offerings at 12 pm during our Home Days Event (Food trucks, beverages, rides, etc.).

Registration and Deadlines

• T-shirt Guarantee: Register by July 10th to guarantee a T-shirt with your registration.
• Online Registration Ends: July 19th at 8:30 am
• In-Person Registration:
  • July 18th from 12 pm to 4 pm at the Seven Hills Recreation Center.
  • July 19th from 7 am to 8:30 am on race day at check-in.

Entry Limitations

• 5K Race: 140 maximum number participants allowed to register for this event.
• 1-Mile Family Walk: No limit to the number of participants.

Fees

• Refund Policy: All Fees (Including weather related cancellations) are Non-Refundable.
• 5K Fees: $30 per person includes a T-shirt, bib with chip timing, finisher medal, and post race refreshments.
• 1-Mile Family Fees: $40 per family includes a finisher medal for all family members and post race refreshments.
• T-shirt Purchase: T-shirts can be purchased at our store at runsignup.com/runforthe7hills/store.

• 1-Mile Family Walk: All Ages

Important Race Day Times (Subject to Change)

• 7:00 am: Course Open for Race Preview.
• 7:15 am: Volunteer Meeting (Location TBD)
• 7:00 to 8:30 am: Check in Table for bib, swag, T-shirt Pick Up and other information.
• 8:15 am: 1-Mile Family Walk Starts.
• 8:45 am: 5K Race Starts.

Timing

• 5K Timing: Bib Chip timing will be used for the 5K.
• 1-Mile Walk: The 1-mile family walk will not be timed.

Volunteer Information

• Volunteer Signup: Complete our signup form at https://forms.gle/cEMX1auCbCryvpDG7.
• Volunteer Meeting: At 7:15 am at the pavilion.
• Volunteer Roles: Volunteers needed for timers, running path safety, water stop, course marshals, etc.

Awards

• Awards Ceremony: There will be an awards ceremony ASAP after the race.
• Top Finishers: The top female and male finisher will receive awards.
• 5K Awards: Awards will be given to the top three finishers by gender in various age groups.

Running Rules

• Bibs: 5K race bibs should be visible on the FRONT of the runner.
• Right of Way: Move to the right if you need to stop or to allow others to pass.
• Walkers: Walkers stay to the right, please.

Water Stations

• Location: There will be one water station midway through the course.

Live Entertainment

• Music: There will be music throughout the event.

Pre and Post Race Stretching

• Provider: Athletico will arrive at 7 am and provide pre-and-post race stretching.

Race Food & Drink Options

• Vendor: Coyne’s Caribbean Coffee (Will be there at 7 am)
• Refreshments: Located near the finish line.
• Home Days Event: We encourage you to attend our Home Days event starting at 12 pm.

First Aid Station

• Location: A first-aid station will be in the pavilion near the start line.

Parking Options

• Parking Areas: Available off Hillside Road and Summitview Drive and Hillside Middle School.
• Safety: Please drive slowly.

Weather Emergency Plan

• Delays: In the event of inclement weather, there may be a delay in the start time.
