The 4th Annual Juneteenth 5K run/walk is an opportunity for participants to support the mission of the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center as well as to see many of the city’s African American historical sites including Arkansas Baptist College, Little Rock Central High School and Philander Smith College. Runners will also pass the home of Mifflin Gibbs, first elected black judge in the country and among other sites. Finish your day of celebrating freedom by joining MTCC for our annual Juneteenth celebration on historic West 9th Street.
As participants engage in the race, they will have the chance to view significant historical sites related to African American history in Little Rock.
