• Online Registration Deadline: Online registration will close TOMORROW (10.31) at 9pm!
• Raceday Registration: Can register in person with cash or CashApp on 11.1.
• Exact Cash: Please try to bring exact cash for registration on raceday.
• Finish Line Table: A table will be set up next to the finish line to help you register.

🏃‍♀️ About the Race

After an incredibly successful inaugural race in 2024, we’re thrilled to bring the Ghost-to-Gobble 5k back for 2025…bigger, bolder, and even more festive! This year, we're thrilled to announce that Special Olympics Arkansas will be the recipient of 10% of all profits from this event! Also this year, we’re excited to add a family-friendly 1-mile fun run and Best Costume Award! Whether you show up in your spookiest Halloween gear, your best turkey trot outfit, or even a holiday sweater for you Christmas-in-July folk, you’ll join hundreds of runners racing through UCA’s beautiful campus, cheered on every step of the way.

1-Mile

• Sept 1 – Sept 30: $15
• Oct 1 – Oct 31: $20
• Nov 1 (Race Day): $25
• Finisher Medal: Included (no shirt).

5K

• Sept 1 – Sept 30: $25
• Oct 1 – Oct 31: $35
• Nov 1 (Race Day): $45
• Finisher Medal: Included & guaranteed event T-shirt if registered by Oct 3rd.

🏁 Course Information

The USATF-certified 5K course winds through UCA landmarks (Estes Stadium, Reynolds Performance Hall, Harding Fountain, Old Main, Stone Dam Creek).

• Accessibility: Wheelchairs/assistive devices welcome.
• Restrictions: Bikes & pets not allowed.
• Aid Station: 1 aid station, Conway FD & UCA AT coverage.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

ID Required!

• When: Friday, Oct 31 – UCA Doyne Health Science Center (11am – 6pm).
• Race Day: 6:00–7:30am at Start Line.

⏰ Race Day Schedule

(Subject to change)

• 6:00 – 7:30am: Packet Pick-Up / Registration.
• 7:45am: Pre-race announcements.
• 7:50am: National Anthem with UCA ROTC Color Guard.
• 8:00am: 5K Start.
• 8:30am: Awards Ceremony.
• 9:00-10:00am: Empire Yoga.
• 9:00am: 1-Mile Start.

🚗 Parking Information

• Windgate Center: 2150 Bruce St. Conway, AR. 72035.
• Student Center: 302 Donaghey Ave. Conway, AR. 72035.
• Donaghey Hall: 244 Elizabeth St. Conway, AR. 72034.
• Bear Baseball Stadium: 2400 Bruce St. Conway, AR. 72034.

- There will be a home football game that afternoon, so parking may be difficult in this area.

💰 Proceeds & Impact

Your registration supports:

• 10%: To Special Olympics Arkansas.
• Remaining Funds: Split between UCA Exercise & Sport Science & Physical Therapy Departments.
• Funding: Research & scholarships, national conferences, free community therapy services, and student events.
