About this race
Event Overview
This is an annual trail race in memory of Curtis Colt Childress, who was killed in a motorcycle accident on September 26, 2024. The race distances are 10, 4, and 1 miles through the trails at Woolly Hollow State Park. All proceeds will go to the Cabugcayan Mission/Biliran Church of Christ in the Philippines, which is where Curtis's wife, Ruby, and daughter, Curtlyn, live. Donations are appreciated!

- Date: December 5, 2026
- Location: 82 Woolly Hollow Road, Greenbrier, AR

Race Details
The Triple C takes place on the first Saturday of December because Curtis was born on December 6th. Curtis loved children and never met a stranger in his life, so the 1 mile fun run/walk is set up for children or anyone else who doesn’t want to run or just wants a short trail experience.
