About the Event

• Return: Ghost-to-Gobble is back for 2026 and bigger than ever!
• Co-hosted by: UCA Physical Therapy and Exercise & Sport Science.
• Community Focus: Join friends and family for a fun atmosphere on UCA’s beautiful campus.
• Participation: All are welcome, whether racing, jogging, or walking!

Beneficiary Information

• Nonprofit Event: Ghost-to-Gobble operates as a registered 501(c)(3).
• Charity Support: 10% of profits will benefit UCA Living Unleashed.
• Mission: Raises and trains highly skilled companion dogs for individuals with disabilities.
• Support UCA: Remaining proceeds support UCA Physical Therapy and Exercise & Sport Science programs.

Adoption Event

• Animal Theme: Local animal shelters will join us for an adoption day!
• Location: They will be setup by the finish line with pets available for adoption.
• Help Local Shelters: Support local shelters by adopting and clearing their inventory!
• Participating Shelters: Greenbrier, Maumelle, and Conway animal shelters.

• New Distance: Introducing an 8k race!
• Custom Trophies: Awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall Male & Female in each race.
• Age Group Awards: New categories for age group winners.
• Photo Opportunity: FREE photos available!
• Referral Program: Refer 5 friends for a $15 refund (conditions apply).

Registration Information

• Registration Policy: NO REFUNDS due to event planning complexity.
• Special Launch: Registration launches at SoMa Main Street Mile on June 5.
• 1-Mile Registration: Prices: $15 (Jun 6 – Aug 31), $20 (Sep 1 – Oct 31), $25 (Nov 1 – Nov 7).
• 5K Registration: Prices: $20 (Jun 6 – Aug 31), $25 (Sep 1 – Oct 31), $35 (Nov 1 – Nov 7).
• 8K Registration: Prices: $35 (Jun 6 – Aug 31), $45 (Sep 1 – Oct 31), $55 (Nov 1 – Nov 7).

Awards

• Overall Awards: New trophies for top 3 overall male & female in all races.
• Age Group Awards: Trophies for top (1st place) male & female in each age category.
• Age Categories: <14, 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, >65.
• Exclusions: Top-3 finishers are excluded from age-group awards.

Course Details

• Certification: USATF-certified 5K course winding through UCA landmarks.
• Accessibility: Wheelchairs and assistive devices are welcome.
• Restrictions: Bikes and pets are not allowed.
• Safety: 1 aid station, with coverage from Conway FD and UCA AT.

Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Wed, Nov 4 & Thu, Nov 5 at UCA Buffalo Alumni Hall, 11am – 6pm.
• Race Day: Packet pick-up from 5:30–7:30am at the Start Line.
• ID Requirement: ID is required to pick up your packet.

Parking Information

• Main Parking: Windgate Center for Fine & Performing Arts, 2150 Bruce St. Conway, AR.
• Addtional Lots: Student Success Center, Donaghey Hall, Bear Baseball Stadium.
• Caution: Home football game that afternoon may make parking difficult.
